Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while leading and guiding our team of care staff.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our residents and developing personalized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • You will lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence in patient care and supporting your colleagues in achieving this goal.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services and maintain high standards of care.
  • You will have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • You will oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.

Requirements:

  • You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • You should have experience in leading teams, mentoring and teaching others, and promoting a positive atmosphere within the workplace.
  • You should be passionate about delivering great care and making a difference in the lives of our residents.
