Delivery and Health Team Leader

We are seeking a Delivery and Health Team Leader to join our team at Grafton Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of drivers, order pickers, and loaders to deliver customer orders on-time, in full, and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate and inspire a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective delivery strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership and logistics operations. You will also need to have a good understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to motivate your team to adhere to these standards.
