Senior Tax Compliance Manager

Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves leading a team of personal tax compliance professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending monthly management meetings to discuss projects, work allocation, and topical tax matters.
- Managing the personal tax team, assisting them with technical queries, and completing complex personal tax returns.
- Dealing with HMRC enquiries and making worldwide disclosures.
- Responding to clients' tax queries, either via telephone or email.
- Researching queries raised by the Directors or members of the tax team.
- Writing blogs for the website and providing summary budget updates.
Requirements for success include:
- Experience of managing a team of personal tax compliance professionals.
- Proficiency in handling complex tax returns and providing personal tax advice.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to research and resolve technical tax queries.
