Sous Chef Opportunity at Ottolenghi Richmond

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and assist the Head Chef in maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently and overseeing dish preparation
  • Contribute to menu development and recipe creation, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency
  • Lead and communicate effectively with the team, motivating and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional results
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Cook à la carte dishes, catering orders, and takeaway meals

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
