Housing Pathway Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage and coordinate our supported housing pathways for vulnerable adults, rough sleepers, domestic abuse survivors, and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pathway waiting lists and maximise throughput across all commissioned and non-commissioned services.
- Work closely with our commissioning and rough sleeping teams, housing inclusion service, social services, and external partners.
- Be proficient in the use of a range of IT software packages, including Excel, for data collection and analysis.
Requirements:
- Basic DBS required.
- 2-year fixed-term contract (secondment available for internal candidates).
