At Gleeson Homes, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time sales professional to join our team and contribute to achieving sales targets in the residential property market.

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing customer-centric sales advice, supporting customers, and administering the sales process in accordance with company forecasts.

This requires strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth and development in the residential property industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales achievement, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide customer-centric sales advice and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in the residential property market
  • Administer the sales process, including managing customer relationships and negotiating sales agreements
