We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Healthcare Sector Director to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Healthcare division, you will play a critical role in developing and growing our services within the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our Healthcare division, identifying opportunities and addressing them with solutions that add value and demonstrate why we at Ramboll are The Partner for Sustainable Change.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusting relationships with existing and future clients, external collaborative partners, and colleagues in Ramboll to ensure that we bring the best of our knowledgebase to the projects.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Healthcare sector, leveraging your extensive understanding of the sector, our client's business, strategy, and the landscape they operate in.
  • Team Management: Contribute to the leadership/management group in our Healthcare division, working closely with other Sector Discipline Leads to set strategic priorities and ensure our continuous growth.
Requirements
  • Academic Qualifications: Hold an academic degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Membership: Be a professional member of a relevant institution.
  • Experience: Possess several years of experience with project and/or programme management in healthcare.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector, including associated challenges and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate an innovative mindset, business acumen, and ability to build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills in English.
