Technical Director (MEP) - Healthcare Sector

Ramboll is seeking a highly experienced Technical Director (MEP) to join our Healthcare division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex healthcare projects at national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large multi-disciplinary project teams to successfully deliver healthcare projects
  • Influence the continued evolvement of Ramboll's technical delivery teams, with emphasis on innovation, digital advances, project delivery, sustainable design, low energy / zero carbon design, and post occupancy client care
  • Support Ramboll's leadership team to identify and track new project opportunities, convert opportunities to appointed projects, and raise Ramboll's profile and reputation in the Healthcare sector
  • Develop and drive services targeted at clients within the Healthcare sector, with a focus on sustainability and innovation
Requirements:
  • Academic degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional membership of relevant institution
  • A background in either Consultancy or Contracting delivering MEP advisory and design consultancy services for major healthcare projects
  • Proven and demonstrable experience and technical excellence in your discipline / area of expertise
  • Effective interpersonal, organisational and communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Sound commercial experience and judgement
  • A client centric approach
  • Ability to motivate a team and demonstrate good leadership qualities
  • Technical leadership
  • Ability to contribute to business strategy for growth and expansion
  • Demonstrable appreciation of sustainable design
