Job Title: Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the technical strategy, development, and execution across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the technical strategy in alignment with our organization's overall business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Define and implement technical roadmaps that support our organization's strategic goals and growth plans.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the execution of major technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior executives, stakeholders, and clients, communicating technical vision and progress.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all technical activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Innovation and Technology Management: Drive innovation by identifying and adopting cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that improve business performance.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of technology trends, software development, system architecture, and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams, manage cross-functional projects, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term technical plans and initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
