Area Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Business Growth Manager to join our team in the South East and London region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing new business opportunities within your area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and large accounts processes. You will be confident in your ability to identify opportunities with existing and new accounts and strategically develop those opportunities within our commercial trading philosophy.
This is a challenging role that requires a high level of energy, commitment, and tenacity. If you are a driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities:- Selling Elucian products via distributors in your region (Push/Pull role)
- Pro-actively supporting new and existing distributors through joint sales calls, trade counter & networking events, product training and demonstrations
- Presenting and gaining agreement from customers to ensure they see our approach as added value
- Working proactively with your portfolio, planning visits and maintaining CRM records
- A proven sales professional operating at the minimum of high value account level
- Focused on identifying opportunities with both existing and new accounts and developing those opportunities within our commercial trading philosophy
- Strong understanding of sales process and large accounts processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full and preferably clean driving licence is required for this role
