About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor. You will work closely with customers to understand their situation and provide support to help minimize their arrears and get them back on track with their payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accounts and contact customers who have missed payments
  • Discuss available financial options with customers
  • Provide support to help customers minimize their arrears and get back on track with their payments
  • Work within company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide the best possible outcome and experience for customers

Requirements
  • Experience of working within a Financial Service or Customer Service environment (beneficial but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work within company guidelines and maintain high standards
