Lunchtime Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of our pupils during the lunchtime period.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and Service: Prepare the dining area for service, including setting up furniture and equipment, and cleaning up afterwards.
- Catering and Cleaning: Wash dishes, cutlery, and equipment, and clean the catering areas to regulated standards.
- Serving and Supervision: Assist in the serving of meals, encourage social skills and good table manners, and ensure the safety of pupils.
- Health and Safety: Understand and implement statutory Health and Safety policies, Environmental Health requirements, and emergency procedures.
- Safeguarding: Be vigilant in safeguarding all pupils and staff, observing, monitoring, and reporting any concerns to the relevant designated safeguarding leads.
- Equality and Diversity: Be aware of and support differences, ensuring all pupils have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
- Teamwork: Contribute to the overall ethos and work of the school, appreciate and support the role of other professionals, and attend relevant meetings as required.
