Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our AWC Division team. As a key member of our practice team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and provide pre-screening activities and healthcare for chronic diseases
- Support patients with health education advice and promotion
- Implement requirements in line with patient needs, community, or other settings
- Maintain clinically accurate records during clinics
- Basic IT knowledge and skills
- Demonstrates understanding of person-centred care
- Willing to develop clinical skills and competency relevant to the role
- Working in a primary or secondary care setting
- Recent previous experience in direct patient care
- Enrolment to the NHS pension scheme
- Minimum 27 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holiday pro rata
