About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our AWC Division team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and provide pre-screening activities and healthcare for chronic diseases
  • Provide health education advice and support to patients
  • Implement requirements in line with patient needs, community, or other settings
  • Maintain clinically accurate records during clinics
Requirements
  • Basic IT knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrates understanding of person-centred care
  • Willing to develop clinical skills and competency relevant to the role
  • Working in a primary or secondary care setting
  • Recent previous experience in direct patient care
