Job Title: Finance Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our team at Turner & Townsend. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our clients, including managing purchase orders, invoices, and cash flow forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and invoices across multiple contracts
  • Monitor spend against cash flow forecasts for each project
  • Complete value of work done month-end reporting
  • Provide general administrative support to our site-based team

Requirements:

  • Experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP and Coupa
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
