Job Opportunity for a Drama Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Hackney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3/KS4 drama lessons, planning and delivering engaging content, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Drama Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Teach drama lessons to students across various year groups.
  • Plan and deliver engaging drama activities and productions.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and track student progress.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Drama Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of drama and the performing arts curriculum.
  • Experience in teaching BTEC Performing Arts is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
