Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute formulation strategies for aerosol-based delivery systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products
  • Conduct physical-chemical characterization of drug substances and candidate formulations
  • Support business development functions in designing and preparing new proposals of work
  • Participate in customer/stakeholder/sponsor discussions and presentations

Requirements:

  • PhD in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in formulation development in the drug delivery field, particularly in peptides and/or proteins
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present at scientific meetings, webinars, and conferences
  • Proven team management experience
