Job Description: Care WorkerAs a Companionship Support Specialist with Alina Homecare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients in Guildford and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as washing and dressing, to promote independence and dignity.
- Supporting clients with medication management, including prescription collections and reminders.
- Preparing healthy meals and assisting with mealtimes to ensure clients receive the nutrition they need.
- Performing housework tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Accompanying clients on errands and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Providing mobility support, helping clients to get around safely and confidently.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A caring and reliable attitude, with a passion for supporting others.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, enabling you to travel to clients' homes.
- The right to work in the UK.
