Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to serve as a Third Line Technical Analyst, responsible for resolving complex IT support issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers to provide technical guidance and support.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, including experience with network infrastructure topology, software, and networking capabilities such as VMWare and Windows server infrastructure, Office 365, and other tools/applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing proactive management of IT infrastructure through maintenance and monitoring, as well as responding to client service requests within support agreement targets (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments in Active Directory environments for multiple organizations.
  • Provide technical support and resolution for hardware, software, and applications issues for customers.
  • Perform operating system installations for Windows Servers and Desktop systems, as well as proactive management of client networks and servers.
  • Monitor and maintain client networks and servers, including patching and updates.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of IT and networks, including knowledge of desktop, server, and printer hardware and their components.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including Office 365 and Azure.
Requirements
  • At least four years of experience working in an IT support environment, either at Third Line Level or High Second Line level.
  • High level of Infrastructure and Networking knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft MCP or equivalent qualification.
  • Microsoft MCSA, MCSE or equivalent qualification.
