## Associate Director - Education Recruitment

### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant & Manager to join our team at EdEx - Education Recruitment. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving our long-term and permanent recruitment efforts, building on our success of serving over 600 client schools.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead our recruitment team in delivering exceptional results for our clients
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
* Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
* Manage a team of recruitment consultants to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed

### What We Offer

* Competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

### Requirements

* Minimum 3 years experience in Education Recruitment
