Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in process.
  • Ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times, taking proactive measures to prevent any incidents.
  • In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team members from the hotel safely and quickly.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring every guest enjoys their stay.

What We're Looking For:

  • A willingness to learn and expand your skills, with a passion for giving great service and making every customer feel valued.
  • A great eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the hotel's operations is carried out to a high standard.
