Financial Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic financial management division at HMRC's Digital, Data and Technology function. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering robust, clear, and timely financial management information and insight to inform strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining understanding of the costs and business objectives for designated areas of responsibility.
- Providing insights to Finance Business Partners based on working knowledge and analysis.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts and following standard operating processes.
- Ensuring the integrity of financial data and identifying financial risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Collaborating with Finance Business Partners to ensure the business is supported in a timely, constructive, and consistent way.
Requirements
- Current experience of working in a relevant finance function/environment.
- Expertise in Excel.
