Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 based on 30 hours per week. This competitive salary reflects our commitment to fair compensation and employee recognition.
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Recovery Worker to join our Oxford House Supported Housing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users to develop personalized support plans, facilitate access to community resources, and provide holistic support in areas affecting wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans with service users.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure comprehensive support services are provided.
- Providing education and skill-building opportunities to enhance service users' independence.
- Facilitating connections with community resources and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience.
- A valid driving license and access to a car.
