Sales Director Position

The role of Head of Sales at Flat Fee Recruiter involves leading internal and external sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships across England.
This dynamic position requires a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning skills to implement growth-orientated sales strategies, effective leadership and team management, and exceptional negotiation skills for closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be able to harness industry and company data to develop and implement long-term sales strategies, lead sales teams to achieve revenue and profit margin targets, and build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
In return for their expertise, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £90,000 OTE, along with a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, company car, laptop and phone, company pension scheme, life insurance scheme, health and well-being support programme, and free on-site parking.
