Lead Sales Teams to Drive Revenue

In this exciting role as Director of Business Growth, you will lead the internal and external sales teams to drive revenue growth across England. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of five external sales representatives and implementing sales strategies to grow the business throughout the UK.

  • Harnessing industry data to develop long-term sales strategies
