We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Theatre Practitioner to undertake the role of Deputy Clinical Lead for Trauma and Orthopaedic within the scrub specialty at our hospital. This is a pivotal role in our Theatre Management structure to provide support and leadership to the team and to drive forward innovative service change in partnership with the Multidisciplinary Team.
Main Duties- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support the team.
- Have a wide knowledge of Trauma and Elective Orthopaedic services.
- Develop staff and delivery of safe and excellent care.
- Significant experience working at Band 5 or above.
- Clinical Trauma and Orthopaedic Scrub Experience.
- Experience of Managing and Leading a team.
