Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a high standard of care and service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of caregivers, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies with residents, relatives, and external professionals.
- Manage financial resources to achieve revenue and income targets.
Requirements:
- Adult RGN/RMN or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
