Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing Professional to join our team at Catch22, supporting adult male ex-offenders in Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by delivering focussed interventions across various pathways.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with service users to develop strategies for managing emotions and delivering skills training to foster self-confidence. You will also support service users in increasing their capacity to undertake daily activities and advocate for them in conjunction with multi-agency partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a driving license and access to a vehicle
  • good basic education, including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • evidence of continual professional development
  • good IT skills and experience working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and other IT applications

Please note that a salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is available for this position.
