We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Skills Coach to join our Technology Services department at Pinsent Masons. As a Digital Skills Coach, you will play a key role in designing and delivering instructor-led training and on-demand digital content to support the firm's digital transformation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering live training and designing on-demand courses, as well as creating digital content using video and interactive eLearning tools. You will work closely with our Digital Skills Manager to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff, and will be responsible for planning and developing course content, training materials, and supporting resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver instructor-led training and on-demand digital content to support the firm's digital transformation
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff
  • Plan and develop course content, training materials, and supporting resources
  • Work closely with the Digital Skills Manager to develop and deliver training programs
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
Requirements
  • Proven track record in delivering live training and designing on-demand courses
  • Experience in creating digital content using video and interactive eLearning tools
  • Strong understanding of the training lifecycle and people's learning styles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and produce innovative ideas to benefit the wider team
