We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Account Manager to join our team at BWP, an award-winning destination marketing agency.

This pivotal role is responsible for delivering effective and creative PR and influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and communicate our clients' key messages.

As a PR Account Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the development and implementation of specific campaigns for your clients, whilst supporting our PR Account Director on larger campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign strategy development & implementation: working with the wider PR, social, and creative team to develop and implement effective PR and communication strategies.
  • Campaign management and planning: proactively suggesting new and innovative ways to reach the audience through PR and comms.
  • Campaign delivery: overseeing the day-to-day support, administration, and delivery of account work by AEs.
  • Campaign reporting & debriefing: delivering meaningful reports that demonstrate ROI and future recommendations.
  • Financial management: assuming overall responsibility for budgeting and profitability of specific campaigns.
  • Client management: building strong and productive client relationships with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
  • People management: managing and developing the Account Execs who work on your accounts.
