Female Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Agency Care Assistant in Newcastle. This exciting opportunity involves supporting a gentleman in his own home, requiring a compassionate and empathetic approach.
The role includes assisting with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.

To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be over the age of 18
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be a UK resident; we cannot offer sponsorship
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Have at least 6 months' prior experience in a healthcare setting
- possess excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build strong relationships with service users who require varying levels of support
- Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
- Experience or willingness to be trained on bowel management and spinal conditions
