Our female mobile support Worker role is immensely rewarding and enjoyable and we are looking for inspirational, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our staff family.

Female mobile Support Workers are professional staff who provide assistance, guidance, and support to clients in various settings, typically outside of an office or fixed location.

You will be working with vulnerable people such as people with disabilities, individuals experiencing mental health challenges, or those who are socially isolated.

**Role**

The role of a female mobile support worker can vary some days you could be supporting someone in their home in Newcastle, while on another day you could be supporting a client in Washington to attend the theatre, a football match or go horse riding.

Female Mobile Support Workers work with people with learning disabilities, individuals with mental health challenges, and those who are socially isolated.

Your role will involve providing assistance, guidance, and emotional support to clients to help improve their well-being and their quality of life.

**Job Requirements**:
To be a Female Mobile Support Worker, it is essential to have access to a car and a valid driving license. This requirement is due to the nature of the job, which involves traveling to different locations to provide support to clients. You will also need:

- Two years minimum experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in the UK
- A minimum of Care Certificate training and or above in social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish links and build relationships with clients.
- Empathy and compassion to understand clients' and provide appropriate support.
- Knowledge of community resources and services available to assist clients.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in various situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse populations and changing needs
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions.

Full training and shadowing shifts will be provided before you start supporting clients on a one-on-one basis; we place a premium on preparation, building rapport and trust and in supporting professional development to ensure that you are well-equipped to provide effective support.

**Pay**
- £12.00 /hr full and part-time hours available
- Mileage payment
- Generous sleep in payment
