Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our fitness and wellbeing club, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all areas are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
  • Oversee the management of our team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our colleagues are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective new members, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of our club.
  • Ensure that our club is maintained to the highest standards of health and safety, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working closely with our sales team to promote our services and products.
