Operative Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operative Assembly Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Maidstone, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production demands.
- Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report any defects or discrepancies.
- Meet production targets and deadlines by working efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, free from hazards and obstructions.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with stock management and packing of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet production demands.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
