Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled Assembly Fitter to join our team at a leading manufacturer in Maidstone. As an Assembly Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting and assembling fabricated parts or subassemblies, setting up hydraulic & electrical systems, installing hydraulic & pneumatic pipes and lines, and completing electrical tasks such as laying, connecting, and securing wiring looms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Served technical apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Good technical knowledge of the products, with a willingness to undertake training
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be physically fit and cope with standing for long periods
Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £25,770 - £30,577 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 15:30 and Fridays 06:30 - 11:30. Alternatively, you may work Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 and Fridays 07:30 - 12:30.
