Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new payroll and expenses systems, processes, and procedures
- Process payroll and expenses data, ensuring all changes are completed in line with monthly deadlines and statutory obligations
- Undertake monthly and year-end reporting requirements, both internally and externally
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources, to develop and implement new Payroll/HR systems and processes
- Proven experience in payroll system administration and management
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of payroll systems, including development, testing, and implementation of processes and controls
