Job Title: EMEA Payroll Administrator

At Royal Caribbean Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and employees alike. As an EMEA Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees within the UK/EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact with Payroll vendors UK/EMEA for those countries directly responsible for.
  • Maintain Payroll mailbox for communication with external payroll providers and HR teams and employee queries.
  • Close co-operation with EMEA Payroll Manager to assist where required and with Local finance.
  • Responsible for reviewing new hire entries, master file changes from myHR, and reconciling payroll files from payroll vendors as well as auditing the payroll system data to the corporate system of record.
  • Partner with colleagues to assist with payroll processes, cycles, and projects with HRBP's, business leaders, Global/Regional Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the payroll processes, cycles & projects.
  • Assist with monthly fluxes and provide detailed support to the international accounting team.
  • Assist with research projects and preparation of management reports as needed.
  • Ensure operational and SOX controls are properly performed within the payroll process.
  • Assist with audit queries concerning payroll and payroll controls as required.
  • Will assist with the implementation of the International global payroll platform solution.
Requirements:
  • Experience of UK and International payroll processing.
  • Processing payroll in EMEA (or APAC) region experience.
  • Possess a working knowledge of international payroll-related requirements and regulations.
  • Knowledge of international payroll vendor(s) software/processes.
  • Experience using banking and accounting systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
