**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Operations Manager to oversee our AV operations and ensure seamless delivery of complex projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience managing operations, leading teams, and combining technical AV expertise with project management skills.

Salary: £40,000 basic + bonuses, estimated OTE £60,000

Location: Manchester

About the Role:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality AV events and solutions
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in operations management and team leadership
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
