Job Description

RDX Sports is seeking a Multimedia Content Manager to lead our content efforts and drive engagement across various channels. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in content management and marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of global brand positioning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary for this position is $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global content strategy that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Manage production of high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, articles, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in content management or marketing, focusing on global projects.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a diverse portfolio.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CMS, SEO tools, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Brand Experience: Worked with consumer brands globally, especially in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Creative Mindset: Proven ability to create innovative content concepts and engaging campaigns.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using analytics to optimize content and measure campaign success.
  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages to enhance global communication efforts.
