We’re looking for a second learning multimedia and video producer to help us create amazing content that inspires people to join Co-op, and helps them learn and grow once they’re here. In this role you’ll collaborate as part of the creative aspects of our Talent Acquisition & Development video content production. You’ll shape the creation of video content from start to finish - building storyboards in collaboration with our design studio team, directing shoots, and editing footage in post-production.

You’ll help to deliver all kinds of projects, from simple bite-sized learning modules to larger shoots showcasing our Co-op colleagues and culture. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our design studio manager and recruitment marketing manager to shape the creative direction for Talent Acquisition & Development.

**What you’ll do**
- take briefs from the design studio and recruitment marketing manager to get an in-depth understanding of the content you need to create
- work closely with the learning campaigns manager and recruitment marketers to deliver video and multimedia content for campaigns
- design informative, innovative and compelling content for the talent acquisition & development team to be used in learning and resourcing
- plan shoots with the creative team and relevant internal partners, scope out filming locations and make sure the equipment you need is present and working
- direct any other camera operators so you get the right footage out of a shoot
- edit footage in post-production
- test content for compatibility on multiple devices and finalise for publication on video platforms
- manage a library of in-house filmed stock footage

**To be successful in this job you’ll need**
- experience of shooting and delivering multimedia video content
- an in-depth understanding of filming, camera operation and lighting principles
- detailed knowledge of video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro
- instructional design experience, with the ability to put the end user at the heart of your work
- great communication skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with all kinds of different people
- creativity and a passion for innovative design
