Nurse Researcher

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research studies, developing and implementing new treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have significant post-registration NHS nursing experience in a relevant specialty, with a proven track record of research participation. They should also possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research studies, develop and implement new treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless research operations
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and patients
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Experience in chemotherapy administration and phlebotomy
- Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and research regulations
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Salary and Benefits:
