Front of House Team Leader

Lane Clark and Peacock LLP is a leading consultancy providing expert advice on pensions, investments, insurance, energy, health analytics, and employee benefits. We are a team of over 1200 professionals across our offices in London, Winchester, and Edinburgh.

We are seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join our Administration team in our Winchester office, responsible for supervising a team that provides reception and meeting room management services. This is a varied role where you will:

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet office visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, including setting up room configurations, arranging refreshments, and ensuring audio-visual equipment is functioning.
  • Maintain the facilities, including kitchens, breakout areas, and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist the Department Manager in setting aims and objectives for Front of House team members during performance reviews.
  • Provide cover for Reception/Switchboard as needed.
  • Organize and attend regular Front of House team meetings.

We are looking for someone with previous customer-facing experience in hotel and catering/corporate catering, along with:

Desirable Skills
  • Experience with switchboard systems.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams, with basic Excel knowledge.
  • Room booking software experience, preferably with Condeco, but not essential.
  • Ability to manage a changing workload and supervise a small team.
