About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within our client's organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance and compliance processes
  • Oversee all aspects of regulatory and quality management
  • Support and assist the senior management team in the delivery of high-quality care
  • Work alongside registered managers to identify deficiencies and risks and develop action plans
  • Review and analyse data and report when required
  • Provide guidance and advice on policies and CQC regulations, supporting compliance
  • Support with the development and review of policies, ensuring they are up to date
  • Promote best practice across services
  • Support and take the lead on projects
Requirements
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care or NMC registration
  • Experience within a quality and compliance role - Minimum 1 year
  • Mental Health Hospital experience and knowledge
  • Track record of compliance within the Healthcare sector
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and framework
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car with business insurance
