The Opportunity

At Samworth Brothers, we're committed to producing high-quality products that meet the highest standards of safety and quality. As our Compliance Director, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our Quality Management System is robust and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the internal audit process to ensure compliance with QMS procedures and provide comprehensive KPI data
* Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to manage food safety and quality through a risk and performance-based approach
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements:

* HND/Degree in a food-related subject
* Level 4 HACCP and Food Safety certification
* Proven experience in a technical systems and/or raw material management role in a food manufacturing environment
* In-depth knowledge of food defense practices and TACCP and VACCP processes
