Apprentice Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice Rehabilitation Specialist. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Lead Adult Care Worker and deliver high-quality care services to vulnerable adults.
You will be responsible for providing a person-centred customer service, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and being proactive and flexible in your approach. We require the successful candidate to have a car and driving license, as they will need to use their own vehicle for work purposes.
