About the Role

The Head of People Experience will oversee our People Operations and Advisory service to our dispersed organisation of c. 1000 people, and – as importantly – will lead major projects to transform the employment experience as part of our transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee People Operations and Advisory service to our dispersed organisation.
  2. Lead major projects to transform the employment experience.
  3. Work closely with the Director of People and Culture to achieve our mission.
