Job Description

Bucks & Berks Recruitment PLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop financial reports and databases to support the production of monthly management information.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for submission to headquarters.
  • Prepare detailed variance analysis of actual performance compared to budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of local operational and accounting data against head office data.
  • Work closely with all departments to obtain detailed knowledge of business dynamics essential to reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Act as backup on regular activities of other teams in the finance department.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the FP&A Manager and Senior Management Team.
Requirements:
  • Degree and membership of a Professional Financial/Management Accounting body.
  • Strong financial/business analysis background supported by relevant experience.
  • Proficient in the use of common Windows applications, Excel, and report generating software.
  • Experience in financial analysis tools, including NPV, ROI, ROA, variance analysis, and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and able to lead change in the environment.
