About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker in Highland, providing support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes, providing holistic care. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance to service users.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence* Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality care* Develop and maintain relationships with service users, carers, and families* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge* Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements
* No experience is required, although it is beneficial* Ability to work flexibly and use initiative* Full training will be provided, including an SVQ in Health & Social Care* A driving licence is essential for this post, and access to your own vehicle for work purposes is required* This is a permanent part-time post of 14 hours, working a shift pattern of 9am-1pm 4 days on, 4 days off or in line with service requirements
