About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our Central region team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects between £15 - £45m on time and on budget.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the Project Management Plan, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, and managing direct and subcontract labour. You will also be responsible for advising on buildability issues, managing materials, and using IT equipment to monitor progress.

We are looking for a candidate with a broad technical construction knowledge, a relevant Health & Safety qualification, and experience in managing complex substructures, reinforced concrete, and steel frame construction.

In addition to an attractive salary, we offer a significant benefits package, including a company car or car allowance, contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 25 days holiday, gym subsidy, and BAM social club membership.

Your Responsibilities
