Senior Applications Support Analyst Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in Northampton.

This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work 2 or 3 days per week in the office after an initial training period.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Upgrade server software and package applications for deployment.
  2. Manage windows updates across all servers.
  3. Manage documentation and provide training.
  4. Lead risk analysis.
  5. Oversee project delivery.
  6. Resolve complex technical issues.
  7. Spearhead strategic upgrades to maintain optimal system performance.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
